A.work into another form : then, generally, transform, alter, οὐδέ κεν ἄλλως Ζεὺς παρατεκτήναιτο not even he could make them any way else, Il. 14.54 ; αἶψά κε . . ἔπος παρατεκτήναιο could disguise, falsify it, Od. 14.131.
