2. of the parties, c. acc., εἰ. τὴν γραφήν enter the charge, Id.18.105; “εἰ. δίκας” Id.28.17 (so also “εἰ. [τὴν καταχειροτονίαν]” Id.21.6; εἰ. λόγον κατά τινος Arg. Isoc.II).
3. of the accused, come before the court, “δεῦρο” Pl.Ap.29c; “εἰς δικαστήριον” Id.Grg.522b; “εἰς ὑμᾶς” D.18.103, cf. 21.176; εἰσελθόντες δ᾽ ὡς ὑμᾶς is prob. in Arist.Rh.1410a18.
