A.on or at the lips, γλῶσσα . a ready, chattering tongue, Poll.6.120.
II. full up to the rim (i.e. not quite full, as the rim was deep), of Themistocles, “ἐποίησεν τὴν πόλιν ἡμῶν μεστήν, εὑρὼν ἐπιχειλῆAr.Eq.814.
2. later, brim-full,πίθος . τῶν ἀγαθῶνThem.Or.13.174d, cf.8.115a: metaph., “πλήρεις καὶ . ἁμαρτίαιPh.1.517.
III. with the lips drawn in, like old people, Alciphr. 3.55.
