A.abjured, declared impossible on oath, “χρημάτων ἄελπτον οὐδέν ἐστιν οὐδ᾽ ἀ.” Archil.74; “βροτοῖσιν οὐδέν ἐστ᾽ ἀ.” S.Ant.388; “πρᾶγμ᾽ ἀ.” Eup.217; “οὐδὲν ἀ. οὐδὲ ἄπρακτον ποιεῖσθαι” D.Chr.4.102.
