A.make common property, “τὰ τῶν ἀγαθῶν ἔπαθλα” Phld.Rh.1.217 S., cf. 2.256 S.; “δόξαν” Alex.Aphr.in Metaph.83.30:—Med., regard as common, Inscr.Prien.113.27 (i B.C.), al.:—Pass., to be in common, S.E. P.3.173.
2. generalize, “λόγον” Herm.in Phdr.p.128 A., Simp.in Ph. 1275.6; κ. τὴν δόξαν αὐτῶν τοῖς περὶ Δημόκριτον shows the common ground of their view and that of D., Id.in Cael.617.22:—Med., Alex. Aphr.in SE17.13.
